Open positions

1. E-commerce Manager (full-time)
Own and grow our online store: product optimization, conversion and assortment strategy. You bring strong analytical skills and experience with Shopify or a similar platform.

2. Performance Marketer, Meta & Google Ads (full-time)
Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google. You live in the data, love a strong ROAS and know how to turn budget into profitable growth.

3. AI Automation Specialist (full-time)
Design and build AI-powered workflows that make our marketing, service and operations faster and smarter. Experience with automation tools and a builder's mindset are a big plus.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist
Turn visitors into customers through testing, landing-page improvements and data-driven UX. You're structured, curious and obsessed with results.

5. Email & CRM Marketer (full-time)
Build and optimize our email and SMS flows in Klaviyo, from welcome to post-purchase. You combine sharp copy with a love for segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

6. Customer Care Specialist (multiple roles, international)
Be the friendly, fast voice of Middo for customers around the world. You're empathetic, solution-focused and a strong writer.

7. Brand & Content Designer
Create scroll-stopping visuals for our store, ads and emails. You have a sharp eye for brand, design and what converts.

8. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator
Keep our orders flowing smoothly from supplier to doorstep. You're organized, proactive and great with partners and data.
